If you decide to use us for a job, no matter how big or small, here is a roadmap of our process, start to finish:

The first step is to quote you a guaranteed price for the job. We will need you to provide:

Pickup

Coating & Curing

Delivery & Payment

Next, we will come out to your shop, house, or workshop and pickup the parts. We handle your parts with the same level of care you do. We then bring your parts to our shop to begin the powder Coating & Curing.

We use Prismatic Powders and can offer you their full catalog of colors. We keep some of their most popular colors on hand but we are happy to order any color of theirs that you like and think will fit your project. The coating and curing process will take a couple days as we coat, bake, and then cure your part, ensuring a strong, vibrant, and consistent finish. Once the part is done, we then can take care of Delivery & Payment.

Once the parts are cured and ready, we will reach out to arrange a drop off time with you. When we bring you the finished parts, you will have a chance to look over the parts. If there is any fault in our powder coating quality, we will make it right. Once we drop off the part, you’ll be able to pay with cash or card and we’ll provide you with an invoice for the job.

After you provide us with the five pieces of information above, we will send you a quote with our guaranteed price. This means that there are no hidden charges or extra fees after we start.*
Then we move on to Pickup.

*We reserve the right to notify you if your quote needs adjusted due to miscalculations or misrepresentations of the number of parts needing coated, or their dimensions. Basically, if you tell us you only have 5 parts about 6 inches wide but then you hand us 7 parts 9 inches wide, we’ll have to adjust the quote. This is why sending us pictures and dimensions is super helpful to getting an accurate quote.
